Plot Summary
As part of Day Zero commemorative events, Empire State University announced a memorial, at which HeliX members Carlie Bartlet and Bethany Moore were to speak. At the memorial, a new chapter of HeliX, based at ESU, was announced and the two chapter heads - Charles Rowe and Charlotte Lincoln, known as "The Two Charlies" - being introduced.
