North is finally rescued at the brink of death by Felicia, Kevin and Wanda. In the end, Madame Masque is able to take the head of a badly weakened Maggia, and it is revealed that her coup was engineered by another person, who is now possibly the most powerful organized crime figure in the city secretly. | |

The plot is named after the Alpachin Meeting, a summit of the U.S.'s top Mafia bosses in 1957 and which led to the arrest of over 60 of them after police became suspicious about the number of luxury cars gathering in a town of less than 5000 people.
