Parents' Day (also known as Family Day or Parents' Weekend), is a weekend set aside for parents/family/guardians/etc to visit Xavier's School for Gifted Youngsters and the students, graduates and teachers there. Usually held in June at the end of school, in 2011 it was shifted to October.
It is generally a time of chaos (as the staff try to avoid anything blowing up and deal with parents with varying degrees of acceptance of their children's mutancy) and angst (as those students without families try to make themselves scarce).
