Moment of Awesome - Darcy Lewis: Trapped in a version of Minecraft, Darcy is less than impressed to find out you lose all your stuff when you're killed.
They had, under Bobby's careful direction, dug a set of blocky stairs down far enough that everything was rocks, and not dirt or sand. Torches were carefully placed every few blocks, holes were filled in, and in theory, it was as safe as a mine could get. Right up until the creepy hissing green dick monster showed up, made its creepy hissing monster noise and promptly blew up the place, taking Darcy right along with them. -=DardarBestIntern was blown up by Creeper=- “WHAT THE FUCK.” Darcy patted one blocky leg awkwardly. Waitaminute... “Wait, where’s my axe and torches?” she asked, other hand pressed to her ear. She looked around, but didn’t see the stairs to the mine. Or Bobby. “Hell. I died and I’m stuck in this blockscape hell in the dark with none of--” hss. BOOM! “--RUN AWAY RUN AWAY.” twang. “OW HELL WHAT THE… SKELETONS--” twang. Darcy walked as fast as her blocky legs allowed, hoping she’d find camp or the sun or at least lose the skeleton with a bow and arrows that was chasing her down. She eventually lost the skeleton by swimming across a river that she didn’t remember, finding a random house with a furnace and a chest with a wooden axe inside. She pressed her ear again. “Found someplace safe, I think, and a wooden axe. But I’m gonna need to find my way back to the camp area.” “Oh dude, you can use a command to make sure you don’t lose your stuff if you die. My bad, I didn’t actually tell you that, whoops.” There were a ton of commands, after all, and Bobby had been pretty wrapped up with the fact that they were stuck in a game on top of all of that. He touched his ear again and relayed the command to her. “Do you need help getting back? I can come getcha if you want?” “Is there a command to port me to you? That would be easiest, if it works.” “Yeah, um, it’s just /tp and where you wanna go, but you need, like, co-ordinates and stuff.” “Can you see your coordinates? That’d at least get me back to the area,” Darcy asked. “And then I can put in the command for keeping stuff if we die.” |
