Tommy Jones. Raised to be the future of the Friends of Humanity, Tommy believed in the group's anti-mutant doctrines implicitly, going so far as to brutally beat mutant musician Jay Guthrie. However, the tables were turned when he manifested his ability to convert one substance into another via touch at an FOH rally and was himself nearly beaten to death and abandoned at Xavier's gates. In the years that followed, Tommy kept largely to himself, involving himself in the Red X program due to the usefulness of his powers. In July 2009 he felt the need for a change and went to the West Coast Annex for further training. He remains largely a blank slate, awaiting his true purpose in life.
